Consumer Reclaim customer rejects Hitachi’s initial offer
On the advice Consumer Reclaim the customer rejected Hitachi’s initial offer of settlement of £6,204.00. The customer also rejected two further increased offers again on the advice of Consumer Reclaim resulting in a further increased offer of settlement of £12,807.64 which included full refund plus interest plus compensation.
