Consumer Reclaim pursued a claim against the lender who financed the purchase; Hitachi Finance.
Hitachi Capital Finance refused to accept liability making an offer to the customer of £3,047. Upon consumer reclaim’s advice the customer rejected the offer resulting in a full refund of £6,094.
