Mr & Mrs W had a 1.25Kw Solar PV system installed by Genius energy in 2015 at a total cost of £9811.62. They financed the purchase with 15-year loan for £14322.60 from Shawbrook that was arranged by Genius. Our experts proved that it would take the Solar PV system 50 years to pay off the loan as it had been mis sold and poorly installed. Our legal team negotiated with Shawbrook and they offered to either; refund the £964 paid to Shawbrook, cancel the loan and pay to remove the solar panels in the sum of £2760.
