Who are Consumer Reclaim?

Consumer Reclaim is a trading style of Consumer Reclaim Limited. We are a fully regulated business (registration is recorded on the website https://register.fca.org.uk) with specialising in reclaiming money for client’s who are the victims of mis-selling practices.

Why are Consumer Reclaim different?

Unlike other claims management companies we do not charge any upfront fees to our clients. Our services are 100% genuine No-Win, No Fee services.

What are your fees?

We charge 30%+VAT of any amount that we successfully reclaim for a client. The fee will include the total amount of the claim, this may include, money returned, money written off and compensation. In some cases it may be necessary to instruct a expert report on the goods or services provided. These fees will be in addition to our fee but again are on a no win no fee basis. If you wish to cancel your claim after the 14 days cooling off period, reasonable expenses for work carried out will be charged and/or 30%+VAT of any offer received.

When do I pay?

You will only pay us when we have agreed a full and final settlement and any monies owed to you have been paid to you.

Under what circumstances can you get me my money back for mis-sold goods or services?

Our area of expertise is in consumer credit law and as such you will need to have paid a deposit or part of the payment for the goods or services using a means of credit either by credit card or retail finance and the final payment for the goods or services will need to be within the last 6 years.

Will making a claim have any detrimental effect upon my credit rating or my relationship with my bank or credit rating or my relationship with my bank or credit card provider?

No, you will only be making a claim for compensation you are entitled to. All we need to do is to compile a solid claim proving that you are entitled to be reimbursed.

How long will it take to get my money back?

Generally, accepted and successful claims can take anywhere between 4-8 months to conclude, however, some claims can take longer

Cancelling your claim

If you wish to cancel your claim after the 14 days cooling off period, reasonable expenses for work carried out will be charged and/or 30%+VAT. Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing by recorded delivery. If you terminate the agreement Consumer Reclaim will charge reasonable expenses for work carried out on your file and/or 30%+VAT of any offer received, dependent on the current stage of your claim.
