Consumer Reclaim pursue a claim against MBNA
Consumer Reclaim pursued a claim against customer’s credit card provider MBNA as customer had paid the deposit for his solar system on his MBNA credit card.
MBNA offered a 50% refund to the customer of £2,639.00 but rejected the offer on advice from Consumer Reclaim. Consumer Reclaim’s panel lawyers settled the claim for £5,484.50.
