Since the BBC One programme Inside Out of February 2020, Consumer Reclaim have continued pushing the Financial Ombudsman Service into settling claims that have been referred to it more than 3 years ago. Lenders have made incorrect offers requiring the intervention once again of Consumer Reclaim to correct the offers.
Are things improving at FOS? Yes, slightly, but not without constant intervention from Consumer Reclaim to get things moving.
