Directors and Saleswoman prosecuted and convicted of fraud
This unscrupulous company used aggressive sales tactics in the selling of a supposedly thermal roof coating. Making a few false promises on the way. These included: significant reduction in heat loss and the value of their property would increase.
Now prosecuted and convicted of fraud; Christopher Wilkes, Alan Wilson (Directors) and Julie Barrett (Saleswoman)
The two Directors each received five year jail sentences and a ban on being company directors for eight years. She got a supervision order of 18 months and 180 hours of unpaid community work.
