Before establishing whether you may have a claim or not you will need to answer just a few short questions, which you can do by completing the appropriate 30 Second Claims form on the Claim Checker pages or by contacting our team. This will confirm immediately whether or not it is likely that you have a claim with which we can assist you.
If you wish to proceed with us you can request a claim pack which will either be emailed or posted to you, whichever you prefer.
All you need to do is complete the quick and easy forms we send you and return them to us in the freepost envelope provided.
A dedicated member of our team will then contact you to discuss everything in detail with you, and to answer any questions that you may have.
