You do not need to use the services of a Claims Management Company to submit a complaint to your lender/credit card company. Additionally, the Financial Ombudsman Service is available to address individual complaints that clients and business aren’t able to resolve themselves, free of charge, providing it is within their remit and a complaint has been made to the lender first.
