After solar home energy ceased trading Consumer Reclaim put the customers claim to his credit card provider. This its because the customer had paid his deposit for the solar system on his Barclaycard. Expert evidence supplied by Consumer Reclaim clearly demonstrated that the energy savings promised by solar home energy were totally unrealistic resulting in Barclaycard refunding the customer £4,200.
